Incredibile.I monaci greci vogliono il golf. Nell'arida e selvaggia zona più orientale di Creta vengono pianificati lussuosi resort turistici e immancabili campi da golf ovviamente nel mezzo dei siti di Natura 2000, (protetti dalla Direttiva Habitat) zona di tutela dell' Unione europea. Gli ecologisti e gli archeologi sono contrari. Una fondazione della chiesa greco-ortodossa possiede la terra.Nel video da non perdere l'inchiesta recentissima (con tutte le interviste) di EURONEWS , in onda il 24 giugno scorso.

Los monjes griegos creen en las vitudes del Golf. En esta zona del este de Creta, se proyecta la construcción de complejos turísticos de lujo y de campos de golf; aunque es un área protegida de la red europea Natura 2000. El terreno pertenece a una fundación eclesiástica y la iglesia ortodoxa griega está a favor del proyecto turístico.
